Qualifications
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fastpaced environment;
Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
Possess excellent customer service skills;
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers;
Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented;
Be selfmotivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision;
Have the ability to work in a team environment;
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office;
Must be comfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time;
Internet proficient and technology savvy;
Must be able to meet companys employment requirements;
Must pass a preemployment drug test background check driving record check and we EVerify;
Work schedule around store hours;
Salary is $15.00 $18.00 per hour based on experience plus monthly bonus
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a timely efficient and friendly manner;
Showcase purchased vehicles with enthusiasm and knowledge;
Have a working knowledge of all vehicle models as well as service and performance enhancers;
Set up Bluetooth Systems and Navigation;
Assist Sales Consultants with demonstrations of vehicle features when needed;
Communicate to each guest the importance of the survey while maintaining a positive attitude;
Assist management and Sales staff with additional tasks as needed
