Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Front of the House Senior Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our frontofhouse team. Your leadership will ensure an outstanding guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Operations Director and other leadership team members to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and train frontofhouse staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring that service standards are met and complaints or issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Oversee daily frontofhouse operations and implement strong systems to improve this.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate coach and communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
