- Advises consults and influences Sr. Management on HR matters
- Empowers others to act in support of business strategy consistent with HR principles
Job Role Responsibilities
- Influences client leadership teams leverages HR expertise and knowledge of business external environment and strategic direction to identify future issues opportunities and translate people implications into business terms
- Country Manager: play an active role in a number of activities as part of a crossfunctional leadership team.
- Ensures fitforpurpose service delivery for business client via a global matrixed HR Organization leveraging global best practices
- Applies expert knowledge in HR policies process & practices
- Anticipates future business / country challenges and partners with GPOs/COEs/BSCs on solutions
- Develops and delivers innovative solutions to proactively address people implications of business strategies
- Coaches leaders; promotes a productive diverse and inclusive culture where differences are respected and valued
- Provides insightful coaching & feedback and creates development opportunities for team members.
- Partners with BL on Management of Change (MOC) impacts related to legislation/regulation changes; may represent company externally
- Country Manager: Identifies external changes in HR legislation/regulation; Partners with counsel and GPOs to respond and develop MOC; may represent company externally
- Sponsors improvements to HR processes
