• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Greet all clients with a warm generous and inviting manner
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including Facials Microdermabrasion LED Facials Oxygeneo Microneedling Dermaplaning as well as Relaxation Massages and body waxing
• Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate addons
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Willingness to learn understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date

• Esthetic diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of skincare lines and products (Dermalogica Expert status an asset)
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility
