Job Description
- Lead on customer specific quality control and cost containment
- Manages day to day operations and daily workflow
- Responsible for A/R accuracy
- Ensure accurate load level data entry
- Act as main point of contact for daytoday planners
- Accept reject and make decisions on tenders
- Assists the Key Account Manager with updating SOP
- Responsible for daily load board maintenance
- Implements account specific strategies to improve the quality of service
- Lead on account specific email correspondence
- Backup on daily revenue generating activities
- Lead on all claims and OS&D events
- Other duties as determined by supervisor
Qualifications
- Clear and confident communication
- Minimum 1 year of experience in 3PL required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply industry and market knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while also delivering independent results
- Strong ability to persuade motivate and influence others
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Ambitious and enthusiastic attitude
- A combination of the above shall also be considered
