What we are Looking for We are looking for a Passionate Customer Service Rep. and Office Manager to join our L&M Team. The ideal person will bring strong technical customer service skills to a highly collaborative and results driven department. This individual needs to be able to work autonomously and thrive in an environment of ownership and accountability while supporting their teammates when help is needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports new and potential customers by answering product and service questions
Place or cancel orders; opens customer accounts by recording account information
Work closely with the internal Sales team to support customer demands
Communicate and work with our Design team to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
Update pricing information
Greeting visitors and providing office information
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Education Experience and Attributes
Minimum of 3 years in a technical customer service role in the manufacturing industry
Ability to multitask while being detail oriented to ensure accuracy
Strong social and communication skills.
Computer skills and Customer Service software experience a must
Excellent time management and organization skills
Experience in Corrugated is a plus
Bachelors or associate degree in business communications or other related fields preferred
