Job Description:
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Oracle ARCS Functional Analystwith over8 years of experienceto join our team. The ideal candidate will have indepth expertise in OracleAccount Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)and a strong background in financial accounting and reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for endtoend implementation configuration and integration of ARCS solutions as well as working with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for ARCS projects.
E2E Project Implementation: Lead the implementation of two or more endtoendARCS projects including requirement gathering solution design configuration integration testing and deployment.
ARCS Configuration: Configure key components of ARCS includingSegmentsProfiles (Account ID Process Risk Rating Frequency Account Type Aging).
Account Reconciliation & Transaction Matching: Implement and manage processes foraccount reconciliationandtransaction matching ensuring compliance with best practices.
Data Management & Integrations: Overseedata management integrations and the use ofFDMEEto connect external systems to ARCS.
SmartView & Reporting: LeverageSmartViewandSQLto build custom reports and extract meaningful insights from ARCS data.
Solution Testing & Implementation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure highquality functional implementations.
Requirements
Required Skills:
8 years of experienceworking in EPM cloud systems or Oracle ERP/Cloud solutions as a functional analyst.
Expertise inOracle ARCS including configuration design and implementation.
Strong understanding ofaccount reconciliationstransaction matching andfinancial close processes.
Experience indata managementand integrations usingFDMEEor equivalent tools.
Proficiency inSmartViewandSQLfor creating custom reports and managing ARCS data.
Strong understanding offinancial accounting principlesandARCS reconciliation compliance.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge ofEPM Cloud REST API.
Experience withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Familiarity withFCCSandEDMCS.
ACA/CMA/CWAor degree inFinanceor a related field.
Experience implementing multipleE2E Oracle ARCS projects.
Solid understanding offinancial reconciliationprocesses and accounting principles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and delivering highquality errorfree work.
