Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop maintain and support CHS complex hosted and onpremise SAP technical infrastructure hardware and system software components.
  • Plan technical upgrades and patches to the system by assisting in researching technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved supported and aligned with industry and company standards.
  • Assist in the analysis of new and existing architectures to ensure IT platforms meet reliability expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an efficient and reliable SAP landscape. Participate in the definition of KPI and their respective metrics.
  • Provide technical design of individual SAP components and work with CHS managed services partner. Generate conceptual logical and physical architectures system documents testing analyses test plans and risk assessments to ensure a sound architecture.
  • Assign degrees of urgency to support issues and communicate root cause.
  • Identify existing and potential issues and design matters in overall system and solution architecture Implement solutions to ensure that best practices and processes are followed and enhanced.
  • Create action plans to address any gaps.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 7 years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Business Systems

Additional Qualifications

  • Extensive experience installing/managing/upgrading SAP systems including:
    • Supporting and upgrading ECC CRM BW TM SCM GTS GRC IDM Netweaver Gateway PO Portal IS/DS BOBJ and MDM modules
    • Tuning of SAP systems/related technology stackconfiguring printers and managing SAP spool
    • Managed systems configuration
    • Set uptransports technical monitoring single signon solutionsActive Directory integration
    • Expert knowledge of managing HANA Sybase and SQL Server databases in SuSe Linux/Windows environment
    • Experience in administering both ABAP and JAVA Netweaver Systems as well as High Availability Disaster RecoveryBackup and Recovery of SAP systems
  • ITIL certification
  • Ability to provide 24x7 on call support as necessary
  • Bachelors degree preferred in Information TechnologyComputer ScienceComputer Engineering Information Technology Management or related field
  • Preemployment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Physical Requirements

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and depending upon position may include other earnings such as bonus incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include without limitation experience education training specialized skills and certifications minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
