SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeingthe growth of SaniSures offerings into the Bioprocessing market across the US. Subject matter expert forBioprocessingapplications for SaniSure providing support to the wider Sales team and R&D team in this field. Support the organization in developing and successfully launching competitive products to the market and will be directly responsiblefor solving our customers most challenging problems and reaching our commercial targets

ESSENTIAL FUNCITONS:

  • Serve as one of the primary sources of subject matter expertise for the Upstream Solution Rigid Container and Container Assembly product families within SaniSure.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory requirements and emerging technologies in the Bioprocessing space.
  • Educate and train the wider sales team on the nuances of the Bioprocessing market to enhance their understanding and effectiveness in selling SaniSures products
  • Identify and target potential customers within the Bioprocessing sector specific to Product Family responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations including scientists researchers users procurement officers and other decisionmakers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers challenges preferences and requirements related to SaniSures products.
  • Develop tailored solutions and value propositions to address customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for all responsible product lines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including upselling and crossselling to existing customers.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with customers ensuring alignment with SaniSures business objectives and policies.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including R&D and marketing to provide insights and feedback on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to translate customer needs into product development initiatives.
  • Assist in the formulation of product strategy and roadmap for SaniSures offerings for all product lines.
  • Contribute to certain aspects of product management such as pricing strategy competitive analysis and product lifecycle management.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral campaigns and messaging tailored for responsible product lines
  • Collaborate with R&D Marketing and external partners to identify and recommend scientific and application content creation opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICAIOTNS

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as biology chemistry business administration or a related discipline is required. Equivalent work experience in sales or the life sciences industry will also be considered. A Masters degree or PhD would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales roles within the Bioprocessing industry.
  • 5 to 10 years of related experience
  • Extensive understanding of the Bioprocessing market including knowledge of industry trends regulatory requirements and key players. Experience working directly within the Bioprocessing space or related fields is essential.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers at various levels within organizations including scientists users researchers procurement officers and decisionmakers. Proven track record of conducting effective needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex scientific and technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Experience delivering presentations and engaging with diverse stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data analyze market trends and identify business opportunities. Proven ability to develop creative solutions to address customer challenges and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including R&D marketing and operations to achieve common objectives.
  • Enthusiasm for staying at the forefront of technological advancements and industry developments in the Bioprocessing field. A proactive mindset towards driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Prior experience working directly with SUT products within the Bioprocessing field either in a scientific or commercial capacity.
  • Previous experience in product management roles particularly in the healthcare or life sciences sector is desirable. Experience in developing and executing product strategies conducting market analysis and launching new products will be beneficial.
