Pharmacist Float
A Pharamacist is needed in Naples FL with a wellestablished healthcare organization that continues to serve their patients with exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Responsible for the preparation dispensing and monitoring of medications used throughout the facility. The pharmacist is expected to sustain an environment for the safe rational effective and efficient use of medications prescribed to patients of all age groups.
- Expected job responsibilities include performing admission and discharge medication reconciliation on highrisk and Medicare/Medicaid patients ensuring followup care is addressed and appropriate referrals and services are arranged and deliver medicationrelated education to patients and caregivers on highrisk and highcost medications.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of technical support personnel
Requirements
- Pharm. D Required of Accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active and Clear Florida License
- 1 Year of Experience
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish or Creole Speaking)
- Vaccine Immunization Certified
- Familiar with Infusion Services
- Knowledge of Federal and State Laws Regulations and Standards Regarding the Provision of Pharmaceutical Services
