Description
Hours: 320 per week
- Provide personcentered support in homes and the community.
- Assist individuals in building life skills relationships and selfadvocacy.
- Ensure safety wellbeing and adherence to individual care plans.
- Encourage community involvement and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with individuals families and team members.
- Participate in training and professional development.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Valid drivers license preferred.
- Bilingual in English & Bengali is a plus!
- Communitybased and home settings.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing lifting and walking.
