Job Summary
This position is part of the Technical Support team and is responsible for field service across the University Campus as it pertains to computer hardware software and related peripherals for both Windows and Mac operating systems. This includes substantial customer support for University employees including support for desktop and mobile hardware printing devices and other peripherals. In addition the Computer Support Specialist will support computer classrooms and lab spaces as needed. The Computer Support Specialist works cooperatively with members of Technical Services and the Help Desk along with other Information Services staff to ensure the highest quality service and the quick resolution of critical technical support issues serving the campus community.
