Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Grants Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in grants management and a strong understanding of CEFA audits. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of 16 grants ensuring compliance and supporting financial reporting and auditing processes.

LOCATION: Katy Texas 40 minutes outside Houston) Onsite
POSITION TITLE: Grants Manager
SCHEDULE:40 hours/week
DURATION: Temporary
Hourly Rate $31hr $35/hr
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 23 years of experience in grants management.
- Strong knowledge of SEFA audits and financial compliance.
- Experience with Raisers Edge/ Financial Edge or Apricot
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
How you will spend your day:
- Manage the grant lifecycle including application review compliance and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records for audits including SEFA audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Review and analyze grant documentation to ensure all requirements are met.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
