The U.S. pay range for this position is $106500$186500. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individuals skills experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.

Senior Change Manager

As AXA XL continues to invest in its endtoend capabilities the Senior Change Manager role holder will drive crossfunctional/crossBU programs in the solution design and delivery. Building on knowledge of processes and systems they will partner with business units IT and other functions to ensure the successful rollout of the initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include
Change Management: Leads Change Management on various projects with effective tools and methodologies. Defines and executes endtoend change management approaches including change impact assessment stakeholder analysis and management change management strategy definition defining plans and executing the planned change management activities. Equips leaders and impacted populations with adapted materials. Supports users throughout the change. Manages adoption and transition to BAU.
General Solution Design: Identifies business solutions to a variety of business problems. This can entail: Understanding and synthesizing business problems identifying and documenting solutions/options through workshops and interviews conducting analyses and documenting deliverables.
Project Related Design Definition: Define and document high level target design and business outcome. Conduct E2E assessment to ensure all impacted functions and processes are properly considered in the project. Identify resource impacts/needs. Identify and document highlevel product requirements where applicable.
Product Ownership: Expert on specific applications/functional processes. Provides advice and develops solution on these specific system capabilities and processes on relevant programs.
Knowledge Sharing among Transformation & Change team: Share expertise and lessons learned on program executions among Business Solution Design Managers to drive crosspollination of knowledge.
Expected to work independently drive and deliver solutions on programs with some oversight from Practice leaders or assigned project coaches.
You will report to the Business Solution Design & Delivery Team Lead.
