Job Description
Solvere Technical Group is looking for a Program Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective management organization to support various tasks.
Required Experience Knowledge Skills Abilities Competencies:
- Minimum three years of experience managing contracts of a similar size scope and complexity.
- Experience in budget forecasting and use of Earned Value Management or similar processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors.
- Minimum five years of experience managing engineering and technical services supporting Navy combat systems or weapon systems programs.
- Experience developing program plans and schedules from master development schedules.
- Demonstrated experience identifying technical and programmatic risk areas and in development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
- Direct experience with and understanding of Navy policies and procedures through personal participation in planning meetings program reviews and technical working groups.
- The key personnel must be located in the Port Hueneme CA local area
Desired:
- At least three years of experience in Navy Combat System or Weapon System Test & Evaluation
Security Clearance:
- Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance
Education:
- Minimum Bachelors level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
Salary Range: $130000 $150000
