Titan Technologies LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced selfdirected Technical Solutions Architect to support the Army Data and Analytics Platform contract in Newport News VA. As a member of our team you will help to assist the Army in a full range of program/product management and administration financial technical and business transformation.
The Senior Technical Solutions Architect serves as a key leader responsible for defining establishing and evolving the Army Training Information System (ATIS) technical and datacentric architecture. This role requires advanced expertise in designing scalable cloudbased solutions aligning technology strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with Army policies and standards. As a senior leader the Technical Solutions Architect will collaborate with stakeholders guide crossfunctional teams and provide innovative solutions to complex enterprise technology challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the technical and datacentric architecture for ATIS ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Army policies.
- Collaborate with data architects to design and map future state architectures enabling scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Lead the decomposition of largescale projects into manageable actionable technical components to support successful implementations.
- Engage with stakeholders senior Army officers and civilian personnel to present and rationalize technical plans aligning them with organizational roadmaps.
- Facilitate discussions to address complex technical challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Translate technical architecture into actionable insights for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Research evaluate and document the benefits of various technical approaches recommending innovative solutions that align with modern Army enterprise systems.
- Leverage expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services to design and implement cloudbased solutions ensuring integration with existing Army systems.
- Provide interface and integration strategies while ensuring compliance with external and organizational requirements.
- Align technology strategies to support broader business initiatives and goals enabling smooth transitions into operational programs.
- Lead the implementation of enterprise data management solutions including master data management (MDM) ETL processes and data lakes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams spanning multiple Army programs to ensure cohesive and interoperable solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Army policies and procedures and comply with DoD and federal government regulations.
- Guide teams in implementing best practices for data governance data quality management and metadata management.
Required qualifications:
- 10 years experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role.
- Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science Information Systems
- Extensive knowledge of Army policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical solution implementations with multiple stakeholders and providing strategic briefings to senior Army leadership.
- Handson experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
- SAFe Solutions Architect and SAFe DevOps or Security (or higher).
Desired Qualifications:
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience with enterprise data management solutions such as data quality management metadata management ETL data warehousing and data lakes.
- Experience in cross functional collaboration across multiple Army programs.
Required Education:
Masters degree or higher in Computer Science Information Systems Business or similar
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Secret Clearance is required.
