We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Development Manager to join our team. This is a midlevel fulltime position that will be based in any of the following locations: Bengaluru Hyderabad Chennai Coimbatore Rajahmundry Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Minimum of 2 years of work experience in core sales and marketing of BFSI Products should be good at managing teams and driving business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience in core sales and marketing of BFSI Products.
- Strong team management abilities with demonstrated leadership skills
- Handson experience in business development and executing growth strategies
- Proficiency in marketing tactics and understanding market dynamics
- Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in lead generation and converting prospects into clients
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet designated goals and targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
