Talent Acquisition Consultant

ServiceMaster Brands is searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to beresponsible for full lifecycle recruitment for the organizations corporatebased positions. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and developing implementing and refining a wellrounded recruitment strategy to deliver quality candidates to fill assigned positions. The TAC drives all recruiting activities such as intake meetings job postings candidate sourcing screening and delivering exceptional service to both the candidates and hiring teams. The TAC utilizes an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the interviewing hiring and offer process.

What you will do:

.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Drive complete lifecycle talent acquisition activities to ensure staffing needs are met and roles are filled with the best talent available. This includes but is not limited to:
    1. Posting talent opportunities on the Company career site and leading job boards
    2. Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates past applicants employee referrals and prospects to develop deeper and more diverse candidate pipelines
    3. Thoroughly prescreening and then presenting qualified candidates to the hiring teams
    4. Leading the offer process to close and hire selected talent
  • Integrate with hiring teams and departments which includes executivelevel leaders to provide guidance and input as they evaluate and identify the right talent for their group.
  • Provide frequent communication feedback and insights to assist hiring managers in navigating the talent market candidate pool and selection process while focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Actively contribute to and participate in continuous improvement of the recruiting process.
  • Maintain or exceed established KPIs including time to fill hiring targets quality of hire metrics and survey satisfaction scores.
  • Act as a firstline ambassador of the Company to engage and attract talent building pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Cultivate candidate pipelines through the ATS to keep warm candidates engaged and interested in SMB as a top employer.
  • Ensure the recruiting processes align with workforce needs and maintain all regulatory compliance and federal and local laws.
  • Participate in teambased and solo projects that improve TAs ability to hire attract and retain top talent.

What you will bring:

  • An exceptional degree of ingenuity creativity and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to create effective recruitment strategies
  • General human resource knowledge including employment laws and regulations as they relate to the hiring process
  • Prescreening skills and knowledge of behavior based interviewing techniques with the ability to effectively assess candidates
  • Ability to work with a variety of jobs including hourly salary office based or field based
  • Strong time management multitasking and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills with an attention to detail in effectively branding or marketing open positions
  • Experience using an ATS to track and manage the recruiting and hiring process
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or closely related field preferred; degree may be offset by relevant and substantial work experience in full lifecycle recruitment
  • 46 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Location:

This is a hybrid position based out of our Atlanta Corporate Office in Sandy Springs Georgia Our typical hybrid schedule consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote


Compensation Details:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ServiceMaster it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range offered is $75000$80000 plus commission.
