Job Description
Position:
Our Client is an industry leading commercial Concrete Contractor specializing in delivering quality castinplace concrete work in the MultiFamily MixedUse Higher Ed Healthcare Datacenter Retail Manufacturing Industrial and Distribution markets.Based on current and projected growth in the Texas Region they are seeking a Director of Preconstruction lead the preconstruction team in identifying qualifying and securing targeted work out of their Austin TX office. This is a great opportunity to be part of the growth of a strong industry leader.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7years experience estimating concrete construction projects ranging in size from $500000 to $30M with a focus on selfperform concrete work.
Client driven and Detail oriented
Reliable and Team Player
