Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical Manager to join our AMS (Application Management Services) team in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing and managing technical developers on EBS and Fusion production support projects ensuring topnotch technical guidance and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of technical developers in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments focusing on production support and project enhancements.
Collaborate with Oracle functional business analysts and clients to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications (MD70.
Lead the design development and unit testing of technical solutions according to functional design documents.
Ensure the team adheres to service level agreements for timely responses and resolutions to production support issues.
Perform code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and debug production issues to provide timely solutions.
Build and maintain effective relationships with client sand enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
1012 years of handson experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion technical design and development.
Proven experience managing a technical development team of at least 10 members.
Strong communication skills and client management experience.
Extensive technical and functional knowledge in Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials SCM and Manufacturing modules.
Expertise in RICE SQL/PLSQL Oracle Workflows XML Publisher reports Unix Shell Scripting Fusion reports OIC and Fusion PaaS.
Familiarity with functional setups in Oracle EBS and Fusion Performance Tuning Web ADI Interfaces and Conversions.
Proficiency in debugging testing workflows reports and data analysis.
Good to Have:
Experience in Oracle implementation and support project management.
Note: Candidates who have not directly worked with clients have never led a team or are unwilling to work from the office in Hyderabad should consider these points before applying.
