As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Business Banking Deposits and Cash Management Team you will design and deliver control reports to ensure product integrity. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to extract business value from data and influence strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop efficient solutions.
- Write SQL codes and stored procedures to identify exceptions and develop Tableau reports.
- Ensure efficient code design for performance and consistency in reporting.
- Organize and label reporting elements with meaningful descriptions.
- Automate reporting elements and maintain documentation in Bitbucket.
- Identify growth opportunities and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with strategy teams to deliver customized analyses and strategic roadmaps.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and senior leaders.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline with atleast 7 years of experience in data transformation and visualization.
- Handson experience with complex SQL code and data analytics tools.
- Ability to manage and deliver in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and databases.
- Leadership ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Superior judgment to mitigate risk and anticipate control issues.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx and visualization tools like Tableau.
- Previous experience in an insights function at a financial services or consulting firm.
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines AWS Agile methodologies and new technologies.
- Lifelong learner with a growth mindset staying abreast of industry trends.
