As a CNA at our facility you will play a key role in the care and comfort of our residents and serve our local community.

Job Duties:

• Provide direct patient care including assistance with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and feeding.

• Monitor patient vital signs report changes to the nursing staff and assist with documentation.

• Assist with mobility transfers and repositioning of residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury.

• Ensure residents rooms are clean organized and comfortable.

• Support residents emotional and social wellbeing through meaningful interactions and companionship.

• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to implement care plans and provide optimal care.

• Assist in administering medications as directed and under the supervision of nursing staff.

• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Washington State is .

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Compassionate patient and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and assist with patient mobility.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.

• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
