Overview:
Our client a commercial landscape company in Milwaukee WI seeks an experienced and driven individual to join its team. This role focuses on managing client relationships and ensuring the successful operation of a highend commercial landscape maintenance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Enhancement Sales- Manage highend commercial landscape maintenance portfolio operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to share resources effectively.
- Conduct quality audits and communicate details to Production Managers.
- Promote and uphold standards for a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Sell landscape enhancements to existing clients to grow the portfolio and drive additional revenue.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in commercial landscaping as an Account Manager.
- Familiarity with ERP and/or Field Service Management software solutions.
- Strong customer service and relationship development skills.
- Understanding of machinery and trucks in landscape maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.
