This position is classified as a casual atwill employment role. As a casual employee you will work on an asneeded basis without a guaranteed minimum number of hours. Your employment is nonexempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and you will be compensated on an hourly basis for all hours worked including overtime as applicable under federal state or local law. Scheduling and shifts may vary depending on the needs of the employer and either party may terminate this arrangement at any time with or without cause or notice.
Summary:
We are looking for an experiencedSenior Project Managerto lead and manage mining study projects ensuring successful in alignment with client objectives and Worleys standards. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and technical expertise to deliver value in earlyphase project development. You will oversee project scope schedule budget and while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Purpose:
To lead complex and highimpact mining projects ranging from small to mediumsized studies to portions of largescale projects. The Senior Project Manager will drive project success by applying industry expertise strategic insights and effective stakeholder management. This role also supports business growth by enhancing study management capabilities and participating in proposal development.
