This is an OnSite Role in our HQ in Berlin.
As the Chief of Staff you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic priorities working closely with our CLevel executives and departmental heads. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our further growth and be a key player in the emergence of groundbreaking initiatives. What Youll Do:
Own and drive strategic priorities in collaboration with the leadership team ensuring to align focus resources and on highimpact initiatives.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO providing decisionmaking support through analysis insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure CrossFunctional Alignment Bridge the gap between teams fostering clear communication accountability and coordination.
Lead HighImpact Projects Own companywide initiatives driving from concept to completion with measurable results.
Shape Organizational Growth Identify inefficiencies optimize processes and implement structures that support scale and performance.
Support DecisionMaking Prepare key insights reports and recommendations to enable datadriven executive decisions.
Be the first point of contact for leadership inquiries fostering open communication alignment and clarity across the organization.
Who You Are:
2 years of experience in HighPerformance Environments Background in toptier consulting venture capital investment banking or a fastpaced startup preferred.
Proven ability to define and deliver strategic initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders. You see the big picture break down complex challenges and create actionable solutions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership initiative and accountability. You anticipate challenges and act before they become roadblocks.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Strong communicator and influencer able to engage across all levels of an organization. You bring clarity to chaos ensuring priorities and are always aligned.
Fluent in English; German is a plus additional languages are beneficial.
