Vacancy: SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTS MANAGER Block Management Accounts
Location: Bournemouth BH8
Salary: 28k 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An award winning highly regarded independent property company based in the Bournemouth area that specialise in Block Property Management are now seeking a Service Charge Accounts Manager.
You will be working closely with the Block Management Team and you will need to be organised efficient and able to work accurately in a fastmoving environment.
Previous experience in Block Management Service Charge Accounts and strong Administration skills are key because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department.
If you have a background in the sector and are looking for a new role we would love to have a conversation with you.
Qualifications in accounting or Property Management would be ideal but experience in budgeting and accounting is essential

Skills required for this Service Charge Accounts Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in Block Management Service Accounts essential

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships

- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Thoroughly professional approach to Block Property Management
