Learnlife is seeking dynamic Primary Years Teachers to lead and revolutionize learning experiences for 6 to 11yearolds in our Eco Hub.

Weve built 3 Hubs that host 250 schoolaged learners in Barcelona.
As a Learning Guide you will cocreate our program at our primary years location in Castelldefels fostering a love for learning and equipping students with essential skills for success. Additionally you will play a key role in shaping a positive learning culture in this location.
Start date: Fulltime from the end of August 2025
Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM in person in Castelldefels.
Your responsibilities
Lead Program Design
- Codesign and lead a dynamic learning program for 6 to 11yearolds integrating literacy numeracy and transdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Develop learnerdriven inquirybased and projectbased approaches that encourage autonomy curiosity and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously refine and innovate a learnercentered curriculum that aligns with the Eco Hubs values.
Group Facilitation & Learning Community Management
- Guide multiage groups 611 yearolds) fostering a collaborative respectful and engaging learning environment.
- Adapt facilitation strategies to balance structure and flexibility meeting the needs of diverse learners.
- Support conflict resolution and socialemotional learning empowering learners to navigate challenges and build strong relationships.
- Cultivate a sense of belonging and shared responsibility within the learning community.
Collaborative Teamwork
- Work within a crossfunctional agile team to cocreate and refine engaging learning experiences.
- Participate in training sessions reflective practices and coaching to support continuous professional growth.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Eco Hubs educational approach by sharing insights and actively engaging in team discussions.
Parent Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for families fostering open transparent and supportive communication.
- Provide regular updates on learner progress program developments and collaborative learning goals.
- Partner with families to support each learners individual journey ensuring a holistic approach to growth and development.
Learning Space Development
- Design and cultivate engaging flexible and responsive learning environments tailored to the needs of primary years learners.
- Ensure that learning spaces support exploration collaboration and handson experiences both indoors and outdoors.
- Integrate nature sustainability and realworld connections into the learning environment.
Your experience
Educational Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with 6 to 11yearolds in inquirybased transdisciplinary or projectbased learning environments (such as PYP MYP or PBL).
- If your experience is in more traditional settings highlight your ability to unlearn and relearn innovative approaches.
Teaching Certification
- An officially recognized teaching license from Spain or another country for primary education.
Instructional Design & Group Management
- Proven ability to plan design facilitate and evaluate engaging learning experiences embedding a range of methodologies.
- Effectively manage groups of learners with diverse needs.
Language Proficiency
- C2level English proficiency is required.
- Preference for candidates also proficient in Spanish or Catalan (C2 level).
Positive Relationships
- You act as a coach mentor passionpusher facilitator and curator meeting learners where they are.
- You have a demonstrated ability to connect with learners and build trusting relationships.
Adaptability & Innovation
- A selfstarter who is highly resourceful resilient selfaware and adaptable.
- An innovative mindset drawing from a wide range of learning methodologies to creatively meet the needs of diverse learners.
- A creative individual who brings their own passions into learning experiences.
