Job Description
The Acquisition Marketing Manager drives the development and implementation of datadriven acquisition and direct response marketing strategies for the ACA/Individual Market and Medicaid.
Leading a team of marketing specialists the manager drives the development and implementation of acquisition and direct response strategies designed to grow membership and meet business goals and objectives. Responsible for cocreating & executing a gotomarket strategy that focuses on consumer direct marketing tactics including but not limited to lead generation/nurture digital media and agency management direct mail SEO SEM and social media.
This position leads the development of the marketing plan and is accountable for lead generation to telesales website and agent distribution. Creates and collaborates with other functions to develop advertising direct mail Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) events Public Relations (PR) web and social media strategies to drive leads that convert to sales.
The manager is also responsible for driving the optimization of ongoing acquisition deliverables as well as influencing and working collaboratively with key stakeholders such as sales product compliance operations and corporate marketing both independently and in conjunction with the Senior Director.
