We are seeking a Director of Intake to lead and optimize our intake operations ensuring we convert potential clients into firm cases at scale. This role is for a proven leader who thrives in a highperformance environment and knows how to scale an intake department in a growing legal firm. If you are a datadriven strategist who knows how to manage teams streamline processes and increase client acquisition we want you on our team.
What Youll Do:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Take full ownership of the Intake department leading a team of intake specialists and call supervisors to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Build train and develop intake professionals ensuring alignment with the firms goals and commitment to client service excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability continuous learning and high performance to optimize team effectiveness.
Intake Process Management & Optimization:
- Lead handson efforts to optimize and scale the intake process ensuring operational efficiency while improving client conversion rates.
- Streamline workflows to make the intake process a proactive clientfocused operation that drives business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and sales teams to align intake strategies with firmwide objectives.
Performance Accountability & Strategic Growth:
- Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client conversion rates data accuracy and evidence turnaround times.
- Identify bottlenecks in the intake process and implement datadriven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Develop strategic initiatives that align intake efforts with broader firm growth targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends continuously improving intake processes with cuttingedge technology and AIdriven automation.
What Were Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
- 6 years of experience in intake management with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a personal injury law firm.
- Proven track record of scaling intake teams and driving growth in client conversions.
- Strong salesoriented mindset with a deep understanding of intake as a client acquisition tool.
- Handson leadership style with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Expertise in intake management systems data analytics and CRM tools.
- Ability to leverage technology and automation to enhance intake efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment and make decisive databacked decisions.
