Opportunity:
The Sr. Manager of Ad Operations will oversee the management of ad operation teams ensuring the successful management of day to day expectations and delivery of clients campaigns. This role will work closely across many functions and levels of the company developing collaborative relationships across Leadership Sales Product Operations Finance and Technology teams. In this role you will oversee the growth and development of Managers/Team Leads and be responsible to ensure team members are operating effectively to meet client team and company goals. The Sr. Manager ensures the team operates effectively per SLAs processes workflows and best practices. They guide and coach the team to meet these expectations through a high level of accuracy efficiency communication and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Be the SME on all things Ad Operations know the inner workings of all teams processes SLAs campaign management and best practices
Oversee the campaign management process with Managers/Team Leads which includes trafficking QA billing troubleshooting optimization and collaboration with all members of assigned pods.
Lead equip train and develop Managers/Team Leads and their respective teams of Campaign Managers on the effective and efficient management of the day to day campaign management process.
Hold the Ad Ops team accountable to a high level of performance through clear communication expectations leadership and best practices for campaign management.
Work crossfunctionally with other teams and leadership to collaborate solve problems and find solutions to drive the success of the team and achieve goals.
Help drive and implement the improvement of internal business processes
Leverage data trends and reporting to track and monitor the business against goals and KPIs and identify issues that need to be addressed.
Hold the team accountable to expectations and SLAs regarding the timely accurate and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Help drive innovation and proactively identify inefficiencies across various teams and processes and work with the leadership team to provide and implement recommendations and solutions.
Lead the process to understand client and market needs and implement programs to achieve those goals.
Liaise and manage teams across the globe on daytoday operations.
Requirements:
6 years experience in ad operations client services digital marketing agency or publisher and ad tech platforms
Ideadriven; creates and improves strategies and processes
Ability to see the big picture identify key issues and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
Detailoriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational project/time management and problemsolving skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume and deadlinedriven environment
Excellent communicator including written oral and presentation skills. Able to communicate and present information in a clear way to a diverse audience.
Operate with a high level of ownership integrity and proactivity.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Powerpoint required.
Curious with a passion to learn new things and highly adaptable.
