Job Description
Are you caring and enthusiastic person looking for a fulfilling career in healthcare Southwest Eye Clinic is a fun fast paced lively surgeons office. We work hard to make sure our patients have the latest in treatment options. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive eye care! We are currently seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to join our team. Worried you dont have any experience No problem our rockstar front desk team is willing to train the right candidate.
Youll be a great fit if you find joy in:
- Answering phone calls from patients referring doctors and vendors
- Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
- Updating data in an Electronic Health Record
- Collecting payments of all types including cash checks and credit cards
- Prepping paperwork mailings and clerical duties
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
