ABOUT US:

Ackerman SFC is a vibrant and communityfocused recreation facility committed to promoting health and wellness. We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Birthday Party Hosts. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences and have a passion for organizing celebrations this could be the perfect role for you!


JOB SUMMARY:

As a Birthday Party Host at Ackerman SFC you will play a crucial role in making childrens birthdays extra special and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. Youll be responsible for coordinating and hosting parties ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. This role is parttime and ideal for individuals who are energetic responsible and great with children.


Key Responsibilities:

      • Welcome and greet birthday party guests and their families with a warm and friendly attitude.
      • Lead and participate in ageappropriate games activities and entertainment to ensure children have fun.
      • Set up and decorate party areas including tables chairs and decorations based on party themes and requirements.
      • Ensure safety and supervise all party guests during activities.
      • Maintain a clean and organized party space throughout the event.
      • Engage with parents and guardians addressing any questions or concerns.
      • Follow established guidelines to ensure parties run smoothly.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Experience working with children such as coaching teaching or childcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and think on your feet in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Reliable punctual and professional.
  • Prefer candidates to be 16 or older. If under 16 will be required to submit a Work Permit before starting work and be subject to Child Labor Laws with hours restrictions during the school year of after 7:00 am and before 7:00 pm.
