About the role
Onsite leadership and service development to achieve organisational goals. This role is vital for maintaining highquality service delivery across various programs including counselling and domestic violence prevention while focusing on expanding services and building partnerships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include identifying service gaps collaborating to develop solutions supervising staff to enhance leadership capacity and contributing to the overall development of the organisation. Strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex environments are essential.
