Job Description
General Summary
To perform all aspects of stain and paint application in accordance with PCI quality and productivity standards. Formally responsible for providing input for improvements. Determine how to repair or replace defective parts in accordance with PCI quality standards. No formal supervisory responsibility.
Job Profile
Attendance and punctuality that meets PCI standards. Performs work in a manner that complies with the companys safety policies this includes housekeeping organization and PPE. Conducts themselves in a manner that falls in line with PCIs core values.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform the required amount of work that will enable the team to meet weekly Finish Dept. productivity requirements. Perform work in accordance with Finish Dept. accuracy standards. This includes: completeness of job stain and paint application to meet PCI quality standards. This includes: matching to master samples color consistency throughout entire job no vortexing and blotchiness. Assists other areas or departments as necessary. Ensures equipment within ones control is properly maintained.
Ability to read and understand production schedules and paperwork. Basic math skills. Basic spray equipment knowledge and skills. Read and understand chemical labels. High school diploma or equivalent.
