The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Senior Director to lead our global Antitrust and Compliance Investigations functions. This is an exciting opportunity to join Adobes Legal and Government Relations organization and help drive strategic and operational excellence.
Reporting to Adobes Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer youll bring deep expertise with all types of antitrust and competition law matters as well as internal investigations. Youll work closely with senior leadership to maintain Adobes culture of integrity provide strategic legal and business advice and manage and mitigate risk to the company. Youll be a strong people leader who thrives on inspiring teams mentoring and developing talent and working crossfunctionally to build and maintain collaborative working relationships throughout the company.
What Youll Do
Integrity champion: Help maintain a strong ethical culture and ensure adherence to applicable laws regulations and policies.
Antitrust and competition law: Lead the global antitrust legal function covering all aspects of the program including regulatory engagements litigation M&A sales and distribution compliance training and counseling.
Investigations and reporting: Lead the function for reporting and resolving compliancerelated concerns including investigating areas such as fraud financial issues conflicts of interest and misuse of resources. Manage Adobes business ethics reporting channels communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Program and talent development: Lead and develop small distributed highimpact teams with a focus on scaling efficiently for present and future needs.
What Youll Need to Succeed
J.D. degree and active license to practice law in at least one state.
15 years of relevant legal experience with prior inhouse experience preferred; 6 years of people management experience.
Strong moral compass coupled with exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively balance priorities and manage risk in a highly dynamic global environment.
Experience advising senior leadership on highly sensitive matters and strategic decisions with significant business consequences.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills strong executive presence and experience building relationships and influencing across all levels of the company.
A global mentality an unflaggingly positive attitude and a great a sense of humor.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
