About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Finance Consultant for our client focusing on assisting their clients in purchasing expanding or refinancing their businesses. The successful candidate will arrange commercial mortgages and ensure fair treatment of customers at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain uptodate market knowledge to identify appropriate solutions for clients.
Source and present facilities to clients.
Work towards fulfilling both the clients and individual business development plans.
Generate business from the clients database of registered business purchasers and existing operators.
Develop close working relationships with colleagues to maximize referral opportunities.
Maintain ongoing contact with prospective clients to ensure the clients finance services are their first choice for any business finance opportunity.
Prepare and submit quality finance applications on behalf of clients.
Identify and develop relationships with active lending institutions.
Plan manage and execute multiple ongoing assignments while meeting tight deadlines.
Operate in line with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Maintain professional expertise through continuous learning and development.
General Responsibilities:
Present and promote the clients finance services as a professional organization with high standards of excellence and client care.
Contribute to the development of the clients corporate image by demonstrating quality consistency and reliability.
Comply with company policies regarding Equal Opportunities Health and Safety Data Protection and Environmental Impact.
Fulfill any other duties as reasonably expected.

Experience & Qualifications:
2 years professional experience in sales within property or finance.
Degree level education or equivalent.
Excellent English writing and presentation skills.
Computer literacy MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Industry awareness including relevant regulations and guidelines.
