At VetPartners we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement with four days in the office to promote collaboration build strong connections and enhance team engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders the Integration Developer will support integration projects troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in integration platforms data management and system architecture to ensure the reliability scalability and efficiency of integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Maintenance
o Design develop and maintain integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across business applications and systems.
o Build and optimise API connections middleware and other integration tools to enhance system interoperability.
o Configure and manage integration workflows.

Data Management & System Optimisation
o Work with data warehouses to improve data accuracy consistency and accessibility across the organisation.
o Monitor system performance identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance reliability and scalability.
o Ensure integration processes comply with data governance and security best practices.

Technical Solution Delivery & Troubleshooting
o Identify and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
o Conduct root cause analysis and implement longterm solutions to prevent recurring system failures.
o Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations configurations and workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
