What does a successful Industry Retail Marketing Manager do at Fiserv

As the Industry Retail Marketing Manager you will lead the charge in crafting and implementing innovative strategies that not only boost revenue but also elevate the customer experience across both large and small merchants. In this dynamic role you will collaborate with a talented team of professionals joining forces with crossfunctional departments to design and deliver customized solutions that cater to the distinct needs of our Retail clients. Together youll pave the way for success creating impactful initiatives that resonate with merchants and their customers alike.

What you will do:

• Lead product marketing efforts including product positioning messaging gotomarket strategies and lifecycle management.
• Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics within the targeted industries.
• Lead the of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the retail industry.
• Develop industryspecific content engagement programs and events to showcase our expertise and innovative solutions.
• Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for industry marketing analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to leadership.
• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.

What you will need to have:

• 7 years of marketing experience in businesstobusiness (B2B) environments.
• 7 years of experience in digital marketing content marketing and traditional marketing methods.
• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Masters degree.
• Experience in FinTech or related industries.

• Ability to travel up to 25 of the time and work weekends/evenings as necessary
