Job Description


Our client is an innovative company that provides minimal packaging and an ecofriendly brand of mobile accessories. They aim to make a positive impact on the planet and society through their products and services. We are on the hunt for an Office Manager to join their team in GardensCape Town.


The Office Manager will oversee and manage the daytoday operations administrative functions and staff in a growing office environment. The ideal candidate will be a mature individual with strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills capable of working well under pressure and effectively prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daytoday office operations administrative functions and staff management.
  • Manage supply chain processes including product fulfillment logistics and inventory control.
  • Address and resolve client supplier and customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Lead HR and staff management efforts to ensure effective team performance.
  • Coordinate with Regional Head Office and Sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • Plan organize and execute office functions and brand events.
  • Focus on office and operations management while providing support to the sales division as needed.
  • Develop and expand the CPT office in alignment with Head Office requirements.
  • Maintain flexibility to balance both sales and administrative responsibilities.
  • Support Merchandising division for the CPT area as required by Head Office.


Requirements

  • Strong managerial skills in negotiation time management and office efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail endtoend thinking and the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive approach to operational excellence.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and prioritize as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple systems.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong commercial and business management acumen.
  • A mature professionaldemeanor and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care.


Benefits
