To assist us on our growth trajectory across Australia and New Zealand we are seeking aFull Time Cellar Managerbased at our Artarmon site.Take this opportunity to make YOUR mark on a growing ASX 200 listed business.
The Role:
Established in 1999 Wine Ark is Australias largest and most recommended wine storage provider. With 15 centres nationwide our Stateoftheart storage facilities have set international benchmarks and allowed Wine Ark to develop one of the most respected brands within the industry.
Wine Ark forms part of the National Storage REIT group Australias first publicly listed independent and fully integrated owner and operator of selfstorage centres in Australia.
Reporting into our Cellar Operations Manager our Cellar Manager role forms an integral part of our company culture and business success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all walk in phone enquiries and potential customer leads provided by the Cellar Operations Manager General Manager Wine or Senior Management Team.
- Record and confirm all collection and delivery appointments with managed cellarage customers as required.
- Monitor and record the temperature and humidity levels of the Centre on a daily basis and report any unusual variances to the Cellar Operations Manager.
- Complete inspections of wine vaults after the customers have moved out for any damage so that any bonds can be released.

About You:
- Have experience in warehouse operations and/or a pick/pack environment.
- Demonstrated 1 years experience within a management or team leader position in a highvolume setting.
- Experience/knowledge with wine (desirable).
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential as long as youre open to learning how to drive a forklift.
- Possess the ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Have a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Full drivers license and vehicle.
- Have strong administration skills.
- Have high attention to detail ensuring accurate systems data entry.
- You have the ability to work a rotating roster including Saturdays.
