• As an IT Network & IT Infrastructure you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organizations IT infrastructure for Coimbatore. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation maintenance and enhancement of the Coimbatore network systems. This position involves working closely with internal teams providing support and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless operations.

• Design implement and maintain the network server & Desktop infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and security.
  Monitor and analyze system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.

Internal Support:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide necessary support.
  Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve issues for endusers.

Vendor Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors providing related products and services.
  Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery implementation and support of network solutions.
  Security and Compliance.
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the organizations network & systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Project Management:

• Lead and participate in IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades expansions and new implementations.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides. Create and update network diagrams to aid in understanding the network topology.

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Will be sole responsible for Coimbatore offices
