Job Description
Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role you will provide invaluable support and counseling services to individuals and groups helping them to navigate their mental health substance abuse and emotional challenges. This position will be based at the HOPE Treatment & Counseling Center located in Orchard Park NY! Hope Treatment & Counseling Center is a joint venture between Endeavor Health and Inspired Health Group a primary medical practice. This is a fulltime position 37.5 hours) Monday Friday with 2 evenings a week required (until 7pm).
The ideal candidate will:
- manage a caseload with individual family and group counseling
- responsible for treatment planning and session notes
- meet productivity standards
- work as part of an integrated team
- manage and run groups
Qualifications
- Must possess a Masters Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW LCSW LMHCP etc.
- One year of direct service postgraduate experience preferred but not require
- Demonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisement

Salary starting at $50000$60000 depending on education credential and experience. Potential to earn an additional $4000 per year through performancebased bonuses. Sign on bonus eligible.
