Description

What Youll Do as an Account Manager you will:

  • Build and nurture longterm client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities and showcase UACs innovative solutions.
  • Work crossfunctionally to drive customercentric initiatives and deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Use datadriven insights to measure success and continuously improve strategies.
  • Monitor market trends to anticipate and respond to evolving client needs.

What Were Looking for Were seeking a commercially astute professional with a strong background in B2B account management and a track record of success in stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B account management preferably in the education sector (but not essential).
  • Proven success in developing and managing client portfolios.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging at Director and Csuite levels.
  • The ability to influence decisionmaking through formal and informal discussions.
  • A collaborative mindset working effectively with internal teams to drive results.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data for strategic planning.
  • Selfmotivation emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
