Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager CycleBar Scripps Ranch San Diego
Location:9860 Hibert Street Suite C3
Reports To:General Manager
About Us:CycleBar is more than just a fitness studio; were a community dedicated to providing a fun and energizing experience for our members. Were seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team and drive membership sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales:Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
- Revenue Growth:Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
- Community Outreach:Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
- Staff Management Support:Assist the General Manager in managing staff including training and performance evaluations.
- Studio Communication:Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service preferably 2 years) in the fitness industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A gogetter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
