Customer Support and Client Service Representative
Location: Saki Naka Mumbai (Onsite work)
Salary: Up to 25k to 35k monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a UG/Graduate in any field with at least 1 year of experience in customer support telesales telemarketing or tele counselor role. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English communication skills and be open to working in rotational shifts including night shifts. Night allowance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to address customer inquiries
- Promptly address all valid customer concerns
- Develop customer profiles and comprehend their partner preferences
- Identify customer needs and convey the clients value proposition
- Schedule appointments or finalize deals with clients
- Contact leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects
- Educate customers on all products services and packages including competitor offerings
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems
- Handle customer lead generation pipeline management organization effective communication and strong listening skills
Requirements

- 15 years of customer/client handling experience in inbound/outbound customer service telesales telemarketing or tele counselor role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and employ upselling and renewals techniques
- Proactive problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and night shifts as per business requirements
