Join the RAC today and play a part in providing complete peace of mind to more than 13.6m drivers nationwide. Were working on behalf of the RAC to offer multiple Sales Operative positions within their Renewals and Retention team in Bristol.
To apply for this role youll need to be able to commit to 3 weeks of fulltime training from Tuesday 6th May 2025
With on target earnings of up to 34000 per annum and a 250 retainer bonus upon successful completion of your probation youll receive firstclass comprehensive training programme to enhance your skills as well as a fantastic career framework to support and enhance your career development.
As Sales Operative your tasks include:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on retention ensuring the best outcomes for customers in every conversation.
- Engaging with members who are renewing their membership.
- Reviewing current customer memberships and advising on the most suitable policies.
- Accurately recording customer data in line with RAC training and compliance standards.
