Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you are expected to assist in rolling out exemplary program management services such as integrated planning and stakeholder engagement. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards while focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role involves collaborating with senior program leadership delivering large complex programs and developing strategies to enhance client engagement significance.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of exemplary program management services
Engage with stakeholders to maintain alignment and integration
Analyze and resolve complex issues within project portfolios
Mentor junior team members to uphold elevated standards
Build and nurture client relationships to enhance engagement

What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
5 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
PMP/PRINCE2/MSP certification preferred
CSM/PSM certification preferred
Excelling in program management and project assurance
Implementing large complex system transformation initiatives
Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
Building and maintaining productive client relationships
Developing impactful client engagement strategies
Strength in proposal writing and delivery skills
