Description of the Role:
As a Service Manager at Pettus Automotive you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our service department. You will ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our automotive technicians are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the service department
- Supervise and support automotive technicians and service advisors
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and improve service department processes and procedures
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the automotive industry
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with a track record of successfully managing a team
- Indepth knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with the capability to think critically and find effective solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and industry software for efficient operations and accurate recordkeeping
