Job Title: Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager (AM)
Location: Onsite Burlington NJ
Number of Openings: 1
Salary: Up to $80000 annually

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager (AM) to join our team immediately. This fulltime onsite position will support a generalist book of business with a focus on large lines of commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in commercial lines insurance and will be comfortable working with clients carriers and producers in an account servicing capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full account servicing for a generalist book of business including large lines of commercial insurance
- Work closely with clients carriers and producers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Handle daytoday administrative tasks related to account management
- Assist with policy renewals endorsements and general account inquiries
- Manage various aspects of commercial lines accounts across different industries (no niche focus required)
Required Qualifications:
- Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Required: 2 years of experience in commercial lines CSR or account management
- Proficient in AMS360 software
- Experience with large lines of business and a generalist approach (not specialized in a niche)
