The opportunity
Were seeking a skilled Database Administrator to help migrate onprem SQL Server databases to the cloud and manage data functions supporting key business decisions. Youll be part of a dynamic team ensuring the availability and integrity of data for Morgans clients and branch network.

What you will be doing
- Migrate various Enterprise and Standard SQL Servers from onpremises data centres to Azure Cloud
- Ensure the availability of corporate data in enterprise reporting tools
- Develop and integrate automated data warehousing solutions for corporate data
- Apply SQL/Relational Modelling Dimensional Modelling and DataVault Modelling principles
- Document data structures transformations and their meanings
- Collaborate with developers project managers and business analysts to design maintain and enhance business intelligence applications
- Implement change control and testing processes for database modifications
- Provide adhoc queries reports and curated datasets to support business needs
- Propose and implement improvements in data delivery capture and business processes
What you will bring
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in creating complex functions scripts stored procedures views and triggers to support application development
- Experience in Data Modelling Dimensional Modelling DataVault Modelling and database design including best practices
- Strong background in data analysis analytics and report writing with excellent problemsolving and research skills
- Experience in managing the software development lifecycle and practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
